Data we collect
- Account details.Email, age confirmation, username, and encrypted password are required to create your profile and verify you are 18+.
- Profile preferences.Boundaries, travel notes, visibility settings, and interests help tailor matches and what you see in the travel hub.
- Usage signals.We log logins, profile views, and feature engagement to surface insights (for example, letting you know who checked out your profile).
How we use your data
- Matching & recommendations.Your preferences feed our AI scoring engine so we can recommend compatible connections and resources.
- Safety & moderation.Verification details, travel posts, and reported messages allow the concierge team to intervene if a policy violation occurs.
- Service improvements.Aggregated, anonymised data informs new features such as travel filters, premium privacy controls, and education content.
What we share
- Within ENMHub.Your profile, boundaries, and travel posts are visible only to audiences you select (couples, single women, single men, or premium-only).
- Vetted partners.Premium concierge services such as club reservations or travel bookings receive only the details required to confirm your request.
- Legal compliance.We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our community.
Your controls
- Privacy settings.Toggle who can see your profile, hide from free members, and disable view notifications at any time.
- Data export & deletion.Contact concierge@enmhub.us to request a copy of your data or to permanently delete your account information.
- Cookie preferences.We use functional cookies for authentication. Marketing cookies are disabled by default and can be opted into later.
