Privacy Policy

Last updated: December 16, 2025. ENMHub collects the minimum information required to verify members, facilitate matching, and keep the community safe. Your privacy is fundamental to our platform.

Information We Collect

  • Account Information.Email address, password (encrypted), username, and age confirmation are required to create your profile and verify you are 18+. We may also collect your phone number for two-factor authentication.
  • Profile Information.Display name, profile photos, location, about text, relationship status, boundaries, interests, identities, and seeking preferences you choose to share with the community.
  • Verification Data.Identity verification documents (government ID, selfie) are processed by our third-party verification provider (Stripe Identity) and are not stored on ENMHub servers. We only retain verification status and badge information.
  • Usage Data.Login timestamps, IP addresses, device information, browser type, pages visited, and feature engagement to improve service quality and security.
  • Communication Data.Messages exchanged through our platform, connection requests, wall posts, and album access requests are stored to facilitate member interactions.
  • Payment Information.Payment details are processed by Stripe and are not stored on our servers. We retain transaction records, subscription status, and billing history.
  • Location Data.Home base location, privacy zone settings, and general location for matching purposes. Precise GPS location is not collected without explicit consent.

How We Use Your Information

  • Matching & Recommendations.Your preferences, interests, and boundaries inform our recommendation system to suggest compatible connections and relevant content.
  • Safety & Moderation.Verification data, reported content, and usage patterns help our trust and safety team identify and address policy violations, suspicious accounts, and potential threats.
  • Service Improvements.Aggregated, anonymized data informs feature development, platform optimization, and community resources.
  • Communication.To send service announcements, security alerts, policy updates, and optional marketing communications (with your consent).
  • Legal Compliance.To comply with applicable laws, respond to legal requests, prevent fraud, and protect the rights and safety of our members and the public.

Information Sharing

  • With Other Members.Profile information, posts, and albums are shared according to your visibility settings. You control who can see your content through audience selectors and privacy controls.
  • Service Providers.We share data with trusted third-party providers for identity verification (Stripe), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (SendGrid), and infrastructure services (Supabase, Vercel). These providers are contractually required to protect your data.
  • Concierge Services.When you use premium concierge services (club reservations, travel planning), we share only the information necessary to fulfill your request with vetted partners.
  • Legal Requirements.We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Business Transfers.In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, member data may be transferred. We will notify you of any such change and your choices regarding your data.
  • No Sale of Personal Data.ENMHub does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your Privacy Controls

  • Profile Visibility.Choose who can see your profile: all members, premium members only, connections only, or hidden from search.
  • Local Privacy Zone.Set a privacy radius around your home location to hide your profile from members in your local area for discretion.
  • View Signals.Enable or disable notifications when other members view your profile.
  • Album Access.Control who can view your private albums by granting access to individual members or requiring approval for access requests.
  • Quiet Hours.Set times when you do not want to receive notifications.
  • Muting & Blocking.Mute or block members to prevent them from contacting you or viewing your profile.
  • Notification Preferences.Customize email, push, and in-app notifications through your profile settings.

Data Retention

  • Active Accounts.Your data is retained while your account is active and as needed to provide services.
  • Account Deletion.You may delete your account at any time through settings. Upon deletion, personal data is removed from active systems within 30 days.
  • Backup Retention.Data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days after deletion for disaster recovery purposes.
  • Legal Holds.We may retain data longer if required for legal proceedings, regulatory requirements, or to enforce our terms of service.

Your Rights

  • Access.Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction.Update or correct inaccurate personal data through your profile settings or by contacting support.
  • Deletion.Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Data Portability.Request an export of your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Opt-Out.Opt out of marketing communications at any time. Service communications (security alerts, policy updates) cannot be disabled while your account is active.
  • California Residents (CCPA).You have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information (note: we do not sell personal data).
  • European Residents (GDPR).You have additional rights including the right to object to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Security Measures

  • Encryption.All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Sensitive data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.
  • Access Controls.Employee access to member data is restricted on a need-to-know basis with audit logging.
  • Security Audits.We conduct regular security assessments and penetration testing.
  • Two-Factor Authentication.Members can enable 2FA for additional account security.
  • Incident Response.We maintain an incident response plan and will notify affected members of data breaches as required by law.

Cookies & Tracking

  • Essential Cookies.Required for authentication, security, and basic platform functionality. Cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics Cookies.Help us understand how members use the platform to improve features. Can be disabled in browser settings.
  • Marketing Cookies.Used for optional marketing features. Disabled by default and require explicit consent.
  • Do Not Track.We honor browser Do Not Track signals for analytics and marketing cookies.

Children's Privacy

ENMHub is strictly for adults 18 years of age and older (21 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately and terminate the associated account.

International Data Transfers

ENMHub is based in the United States. By using our platform, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States. We use Standard Contractual Clauses and other appropriate safeguards for international data transfers as required by applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications and email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of ENMHub after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
