Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ENMHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Compliance policies. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. ENMHub, LLC ("we," "us," "our") reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Eligibility Requirements

Age Requirement.You must be at least 18 years old to use ENMHub. In jurisdictions where the age of majority is 21, you must be at least 21 years old. Age verification is mandatory before accessing community features.
Identity Verification.All members must complete identity verification through our approved verification providers. Providing false information during verification is grounds for immediate termination.
Legal Capacity.You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You represent that you are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws.
Account Limits.One account per individual or household/couple. Couples may share a single account. Additional accounts must be disclosed to partners and linked appropriately.
Accurate Information.You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed to maintain accuracy.

Account Security

Password Protection.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. Use a strong, unique password.
Two-Factor Authentication.We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication for enhanced security.
Unauthorized Access.Notify us immediately at security@enmhub.us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Session Security.Always log out from shared devices. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

Consent & Conduct Standards

Consent is Paramount.All interactions on ENMHub must be consensual. Respect every boundary listed on a profile or communicated in conversation. "No" means "no" — no explanation required.
No Pressure or Coercion.Pressuring, manipulating, or attempting to change someone's boundaries is strictly prohibited. Consent must be freely given, not coerced.
Revocable Consent.Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Respect when someone changes their mind or establishes new boundaries.
Clear Communication.Communicate your own boundaries clearly. Use the boundary and limit features on your profile to help potential connections understand your comfort levels.
Honesty & Transparency.Be honest about your relationship status, intentions, and identity. Misrepresentation violates trust and community standards.

Prohibited Conduct

Harassment & Abuse.Zero tolerance for harassment, hate speech, discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any protected characteristic.
Non-Consensual Content.Do not share, threaten to share, or request non-consensual intimate images ("revenge porn"). This is a criminal offense in many jurisdictions.
Doxxing & Privacy Violations.Do not share personal information about other members without their explicit consent. This includes real names, locations, employers, or social media accounts.
Solicitation & Commercial Activity.ENMHub is not a platform for solicitation, prostitution, or commercial sexual services. Such activity violates federal law and results in immediate termination.
Spam & Scams.Do not send unsolicited commercial messages, phishing attempts, or fraudulent content.
Impersonation.Do not impersonate other individuals or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.
Illegal Activity.Do not use ENMHub to plan, facilitate, or engage in any illegal activity.
Platform Manipulation.Do not attempt to manipulate platform systems, create fake accounts, use bots, or interfere with normal platform operation.

Content Standards

Ownership & Rights.Only upload content you own or have explicit permission to share. By uploading content, you grant ENMHub a license to display it within the Service.
Consent for Depicting Others.You must have written consent from anyone depicted in photos or videos before uploading. All individuals in uploaded content must be 18+.
Public Album Standards.Public albums must contain only "standard" (PG-13) content suitable for all verified adult members. Explicit content is restricted to private albums.
Content Moderation.We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms, applicable law, or community standards without notice.
Copyright Compliance.Do not upload copyrighted content without authorization. Repeated violations result in account termination per our DMCA policy.

Premium Membership

Subscription Terms.Premium membership provides enhanced features including advanced privacy controls, concierge services, unlimited matches, and priority support. Billing recurs monthly or annually based on your selection.
Free Trial.New members may receive a limited trial period. Trial terms are displayed at sign-up. You may be charged after the trial unless you cancel.
Automatic Renewal.Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime through account settings before your next billing date.
Refunds.We honor refunds for technical issues within 7 days of purchase. Contact concierge@enmhub.us with your account email. Refunds are not provided for change of mind after using premium features.
Price Changes.We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions continue at the original rate until renewal.
Concierge Credits.Credits earned through referrals or purchases can be redeemed for concierge services. Credits have no cash value and expire 12 months after issuance.

Travel, Meetups & Safety

Personal Responsibility.ENMHub facilitates connections but is not responsible for in-person meetups. You are solely responsible for your safety when meeting other members.
Safety Recommendations.We recommend video introductions before meeting, meeting in public places initially, informing trusted contacts of your plans, and using our boundary review tools.
Travel Discretion.Only share travel plans with audiences you are comfortable meeting. Use privacy controls to limit visibility.
Club & Event Listings.Third-party venue listings are provided for convenience. ENMHub does not endorse, vet, or guarantee the safety of any third-party venue or event.
No Liability.ENMHub is not liable for any damages, injury, or harm arising from member meetups, travel arrangements, or interactions with third parties.

Intellectual Property

Platform Rights.ENMHub owns all rights to the Service, including design, features, code, and branding. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.
User Content License.You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant ENMHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service.
Feedback.Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by ENMHub without compensation or attribution.

Termination

Voluntary Termination.You may delete your account at any time through settings. Account deletion removes your profile and personal data per our Privacy Policy.
Suspension & Termination by ENMHub.We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, or community standards. We may also terminate accounts that fail verification checks or pose safety risks.
Effect of Termination.Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Premium subscriptions are not refunded for termination due to violations.
Appeals.You may appeal account actions by contacting appeals@enmhub.us. Appeals are reviewed within 7 business days.

Disclaimers

Service Availability.The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Member Conduct.We do not guarantee the behavior, identity, or intentions of other members despite verification efforts. Exercise judgment in all interactions.
Third-Party Services.We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or content linked from ENMHub.
Results.We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using the Service, including finding compatible connections or relationships.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENMHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ENMHub in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ENMHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law.These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Arbitration.Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in class actions.
Small Claims Exception.You may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.
Equitable Relief.Nothing prevents ENMHub from seeking injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or prevent ongoing harm.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement.These terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Compliance policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and ENMHub.
Severability.If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
Waiver.Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Assignment.You may not assign your rights under these terms. ENMHub may assign its rights to an affiliate or successor.
Updates.We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications and email.
