Terms of Service
Last updated: July 1, 2024. These guidelines help ENMHub remain a respectful, 18+ space centred on consent, transparency, and safety for all lifestyle participants.
Eligibility & account security
- 18+ verification is mandatory.All members must certify they are at least 18 and complete the email verification flow before viewing or sharing community content.
- Accurate profile details.Provide honest information about your relationship status, boundaries, and intentions. Impersonation or misleading details result in removal.
- One account per household or constellation.Couples may share a single account; any additional solo accounts must be linked and disclosed to partners.
Consent, conduct & content
- Boundaries are binding.Respect every boundary listed on a profile or in conversation. Pressuring someone to change their limits is not allowed on ENMHub.
- Zero tolerance for harassment.Hate speech, discrimination, revenge porn, doxxing, or any form of coercion will result in immediate removal.
- Content you share must be yours.Only upload photos, videos, or text you have the rights to distribute. Obtain consent before including others in media.
Premium membership
- Subscription terms.Premium unlocks enhanced privacy, travel concierge tools, and unlimited matches. Billing recurs monthly until you cancel in account settings.
- Refund policy.We honour refunds for technical issues within seven days. Contact concierge@enmhub.us with your account email for support.
- Privacy expectations.Premium members may hide profiles from free users. However, you are still bound by the same consent and conduct standards as free accounts.
Travel, meetups & liability
- You control your itineraries.Only share travel plans with audiences you are comfortable meeting. ENMHub is not responsible for arrangements made offline.
- Meetup vetting.Use video introductions and boundary reviews before meeting. Report any suspicious behaviour to concierge support so we can intervene quickly.
- Third-party resources.Listings for clubs, resorts, or events are provided for convenience. Always research independently and follow local laws.
Account closure
- Self-service deletion.You may delete your account at any time from settings. Removing your profile deletes personal data from active systems within 30 days.
- Community moderation.We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, applicable laws, or fail repeated verification checks.
